Spending money on SEO ...

Posted by Anton-io! | 11:56 AM | | 0 comments »

Spending money or educating yourself further on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is not a problem when you're generating $300K to $400K monthly.

At this stage, learning more about affiliate programs does not hurt either.

If it brings you additional sales to your web site with minimal investment, what is the loss?

Off to OnlineJamm

Posted by Anton-io! | 3:17 PM | | 0 comments »

I have been cleaning up domain names, inactive hosting accounts, files sittings on servers, upgrading to new servers, cleaning up Facebook, organizing my social bookmarks and more.

Spring is here, let's start by cleaning a few things up.

Time wasters, distractions and such.

For those that are keeping up with this blog on Blogger (I know who you are, I have analytics and it is wicked), I have set up OnlineJamm to be a resource for web site developers, tools, code and more.

For the fun side and my daily ramblings about this business, come visit me at anton.onlinejamm.com

This is an old domain I have had forever and I still like the name

There are additional projects in the works, but you will know when you hit some of my shopping sites to purchase some of the fine products we have. :)

Happy Weekend.

Impressive Live Writer

WriterSplash I am actually very impressed with a Microsoft product called Live Writer.

My expectations were "yeah yeah, this will work with MS products only" or "I highly doubt it will work with Blogger or WordPress"

Lo an behold this post is being generated by Live Writer.

Simple and easy to use

Some cool things: draft posts offline, set-up FTP image locations, spell checking, preview formatting, various plugins and more. Even has a tag and map insert-er

High gloss or matte?

Posted by Anton-io! | 2:57 PM | 0 comments »

What type of laptop screen do you like to work with?

Recently in FS for a new mobile workstation and I was surprised to see all of their laptops had the gloss screen.

The one's where you can see what is behind you and where the light shines in to your eyes? Is this the direction the manufacturers are going?

I'm still glad to see that Dell is producing matte finished screens. Yes they may be a bit harder to keep clean, but may also be easier on the eyes.

Less blogging for me here. New projects, new niche specific sites, will keep you posted

Massive in Vancouver

The Vancouver Massive Technology event was absolutely great!

... yes I could go on about how great it was, but really need to catch up on the new networking contacts from the event. It's all about networking!

A definite must for anyone working with referrals in the industry.

Many exhibitors from search engine optimization companies to communication companies in the Voip space. Aggressive this unified communication field. SIP trunking, PBS hardware, DID numbers, etc.

The organizers from Massive were awesome, making sure our booth was in place and taking care of all our needs - nice work!

Although I haven't seen a post on their blog ... yet, I'm sure they're still clearing up from the event and after-party!

Coming to a town near you
